Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to CUCKOO

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
